Because this service uses the Microsoft Phone System Direct Routing interface, please be aware of the following requirements before you sign up.

You or someone in your organization will need to be able to add an entry into your DNS (How?)
You or someone in your organization must have the Microsoft 365 role of "Teams service admin" ( Why?)
Each user that you wish to assign to this service must have the Microsoft "Phone System" license (What is this?)
The service only works in the United States and Canada
